Background
SFSC 2 was developed following a thorough examination of the existing corpus of research in sport and exercise science, as well as tried and established methods used by the Athlete Institute to successfully train multiple athletes across several sports in New Zealand. The practical content for this course was adapted from Dr Kaushik Talukdar's Sports Fit: Bridging the Gap Between Research and Practice.
